EVI Heat Pump System

Engineered with Enhanced Vapor Injection (EVI) scroll compressors to supply reliable 60°C – 65°C hot water even in extreme cold climates down to -25°C.

How EVI Technology Works

Enthalpy Enhancement

Secondary refrigerant gas is injected into the middle chamber of the scroll compressor, boosting enthalpy and mass flow.

Sub-Cooling Circuit

Economizer sub-cools the main liquid refrigerant, increasing low-temperature heating capacity by up to 30%.

High Pressure Discharge

Generates steady 60°C - 65°C hot water output even during severe freezing Himalayan winter weather.

Smart Defrost Cycle

Microprocessor detects frost build-up on evaporators and executes ultra-fast auto defrosting cycles.

EVI System vs Standard Heat Pump

EVI Heat Pump System

Specifically engineered for sub-zero mountain regions and harsh winter climates.

Standard Heat Pump System

Designed for moderate climates (0°C to 45°C ambient temperatures).

Ideal Applications for EVI Heat Pumps

Himachal, Leh & J&K Hotels

Uninterrupted hot water and central space heating for high-altitude luxury resorts and hotels during sub-zero winters.

Cold Region Hospitals & Hostels

24/7 heavy-duty hot water supply for sanitation, patient care, and student accommodation in Northern India.

Cold Climate Industrial Processing

Process water heating for food processing, chemical, and textile plants operating in freezing winter conditions.
