Forced Circulation System
Forced Circulation Heat Pump & Solar Systems
Engineered for large-scale multi-floor buildings, hotels, hostels, and factories where storage tanks are located at ground level or basement, using smart circulating pumps.
- Flexible Tank Placement (Basement/Roof)
- Ideal for 1,000 to 50,000+ LPD Needs
- Smart Differential Temp Controllers
- Zero Overheating Risk
How Forced Circulation Systems Work

Heat Collector Unit
Solar collectors or Heat Pump evaporator modules absorb thermal energy from the ambient air/sunlight.

Differential Controller
Digital sensors continuously monitor fluid temperatures at both the collector unit and the main storage tank.

Pump Activation
When collector temp exceeds tank temp, the smart inline circulating pump triggers automatically to move heat.

Pressurised Distribution
Hot water is uniformly supplied across multiple floors and distant bath outlets with constant pressure.

Which One Do You Need? Thermosiphon (Gravity)
Forced Circulation System
Best suited for large commercial setups, multi-storey hotels, hospitals, and luxury villas.
- Tank can be installed anywhere (Basement / Terrace).
- Pressurised water supply to all floors without gravity limits.
- Precise digital temperature control & auto cut-off.
- Scalable up to 50,000+ Liters per day.
Thermosiphon (Gravity) System
Suitable for small residential homes where tank can be placed strictly above collectors.
- Tank MUST be placed above the solar panels on rooftop.
- Natural gravity flow — limited water pressure.
- Harder to manage in multi-floor commercial buildings.
